Our Yoga classes and workshops are extremely beneficial to prepare you for birth. The relaxation-inducing practice has been shown to lower stress levels, fight depression and reduce inflammation among other health benefits.
Pregnancy Class covers all of the basic elements of Pregnancy Yoga ( postures, breathing,relaxation, visualisation).

Option 1: Block booking Pregnancy Classes
£40.00 per Month or 4 classes
Unused classes rollover so you can catch up any time.
Option 2: Pay As You Go
Suitable for: Pregnant women from 14+ weeks
Timings: 6.30 to 7.30 pm
Venue: Woosehill Community Hall, RG413DA
Please wear loose clothing and bring a water bottle.
