Yoga is also well thought-out to be very remedial.Aim of Yoga Kaya is to empower individuals to heal all the way through knowledge.Yog kaya offers yoga classes to all levels and abilities ,beginners will learn and develop basic poses building flexibility and strength with special direction and support. Each Yoga class concludes with a relaxation/meditation session.
